Dear guests, guest members and members of the Society,
only a few weeks separate us from the 26th Store Kro Club meeting in Dresden. The preparations are proceeding and we are trying to keep up with the tradition to make a memorable meeting both from a scientific and a social perspective. With 25 oral and 34 poster presentations the scientific program looks promising.
Accommodation and fees
Your down payment includes hotel accommodation for three nights (May 07 – 10), all meals, conference material, conference dinner and all social activities.
Expenses that you will have topay for by your own are incidental charges, e.g. parking fees, telephone calls, internet, room service, individual bar purchases and extra nights. Therefore you will be asked to provide a valid credit card upon arrival.
Unfortunately internet is not a free service at our hotel. You can either use a wireless connection for 1h = 8 € (3 hours = 15 € or 24 hours = 15 €) everywhere or the hotel computer for 15min = 5 € (45min = 10 €) at the Business Center.
Please note that the hotel changed in the meantime to a complete NON SMOKER hotel!
Hosting
There will be a get-together at some special rooms on Thursday evening at 1800 o’clock before the official opening of the meeting. This will be a chance to get to know each other better.
Some members of the club will serve as hosts for you. Please consult your own congress material you will receive upon arrival to check on your personal host and room for this matter. Important: each of you should bring his/her own glass from the room.
The Advisory Board considers this to contribute to the special atmosphere of our club and highly encourages your participation.
